Love staying at this hotel, never had any complaints. However guest should be careful when posting other Guests cars with their License Plate being shown.
A no-frills place, with clean rooms, lovely patio seating areas, and a pool. We stayed here for a week with small children and we really enjoyed ourselves. Housekeeping staff was always kind and happy to say good morning! Walking distance to Target, Starbucks, and the park. It was quiet and tucked away - not directly on the busy road.
Great place to stay. AC works great. Rooms/ bathrooms were clean. Couple stains on the mattress cover and pillows, nothing too crazy. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean. Close places to dine near, and walkable distance. Overall 10/10.
The staff is very nice. You can't find a second hotel with the same quality and staff attitude at the same price. There are so many fun things to do nearby. I am very satisfied with this trip. The room is also very clean and tidy. You can see that they are very serious about this hotel. I am very satisfied with this hotel. The mattress of this hotel is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. The pillows are also very clean. The details are perfect.
My start experience was a little shakey, but Mario was very understanding, professional & accommodating. Great customer service Mario and thank you. This is what will bring me back. The location was near enough to restaurants, shopping, parks, walking trails etc. but removed from the traffic of Arcadia, & Pasadena. My room was on the first level facing the pool, very clean, my feet didn't get dirty when I walked barefoot and the room was nice & clean, beds were firm. The bathroom clean & updated enough for me. Large walk in shower and a lot of lighting. The parking lot very well lit too, I felt very safe, no transients either. I would definitely stay here again.
The room is cleaned and roomy. The bathroom is also very roomy. It has got a big screen tv. The only thing negative thing is the water is too hot and we got burned a few times. Also, the water was cloudy and when we told the staff, they said no one complains about it
Clean, friendly staff. Slow hot water. Many restaurants nearby. Good place
